Colombia was SpineHope's first project and the partnership that was established with Hospital Valle de Lili started with the efforts of Dr. Steve Mardjetko (through Chicago's Shriners Hospital for Children).

Partnering with fantastic surgeons and medical staff at the Hospital Nacional de Ninos in Costa Rica’s capital city of San Jose, SpineHope launched an outreach program in 2014 to help underprivileged children receive charity spine surgery to correct spinal deformities and other debilitating spine conditions.

Partnering with surgeons both at the National Orthopedic and Trauma Hospital as well as the local Pediatric Hospital (known as "La Mascota") SpineHope visited Managua, Nicaragua!
